The Collection

"The sculpture I created for the Benson Hotel was inspired from William Matthews' saddle in his studio display. The large intricately tooled patterns and lofty tapaderos boasted "statement piece". It was an extremely challenging saddle based on size and etchings. This is by far the largest saddle sculpture I have created thus far and I cannot imagine it displayed anywhere else. I am honored and enthralled to be amongst such the talent of these impeccable artists. As a group I think we were able to demonstrate our abilities and possibilities. What an honor to be a part of such a brilliant project."
