Amenities at The Benson Hotel
The Benson Hotel and Faculty Club offers a variety of amenities for guests and members. The hotel also has The Faculty Club, a dedicated space for medical professionals to connect, and a nightly amenity fee that covers perks like a daily credit for The Common Good, Wi-Fi, bottled water, coffee, and self-parking.

Hotel Policies:
- Must be 21+ with a valid ID to check-in to the hotel.
- Your debit / credit card will be authorized for the full room, tax, and fees upon arrival in addition to an additional $75 per day for incidentals.
- The Benson Hotel & Faculty Club is a 100% non-smoking facility, including on balconies, decks, and patios. A $500 fee will be charged for non-compliance.
- Our hotel is dog-friendly, one dog per room, under 50lbs. Fees may apply.
- Your debit / credit card will be authorized for the full amount of your stay, plus $75 per day for incidental charges.

Our Mountain View Executive Fireplace Suites are located on the top floor of the hotel and offer our best mountain views and many great amenities. The common room offers access to a walk out balcony with direct mountain views, outdoor dining for three and separate seating area. A separate bedroom offers direct mountain views, a king bed, executive desk and chair, juliet balcony and access to an en suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, enclosed glass shower, double vanity and separate WC.
